I am always hungry. Right now I want my dream breakfast. I can have smoked salmon first thing every morning. Whether it be on a bagel with cream cheese or like this brunch I had with my friend Jamie at Parc. How perfect and dreamy does this Smoked Salmon Tartine look? Jamie got the Poached Eggs and Asparagus, a mushroom velouté, grilled baguette, and parmesan dream.
ps, I swear I'm not a Stephen Starr spokesperson. I know there's been two posts in a row about a Stephen Starr restaurant, but I eat at other delicious places too! Anyway, take this tour of the restaurant; it's perfectly French.
